                  Emergency Information Form

It is suggested that you carry your copy in your left side fairing pocket, plus make a copy for your Chapter Director and or Rider Educator to carry also, in case you are unable to speak for yourself, someone will be there with the important information. Some disagree with this statement but please remember GWRRA Officers do sign an MOU (memorandum of understanding), so your information is held strictly confidential. The choice is entirely yours.
