The IMPORTANCE of PRE-REGISTRATION:
Most GWRRA events will provide members with a pre-registration form for their event.This form is used for a variety of different reasons some of which are listed below.
1) The price is sometimes lower to participants who pre-register
2) The pre-registration form can be used as an unofficial head count of attendance
3) The form can be used to tally information for the largest Chapter in attendance, oldest / youngest rider, longest distance traveled to the event, etc.
Some events offer an additional raffle / door prize to pre-registered guests and it also helps to provide the sponsor of the event with working capital to hold the event.
